摘    要:目的对某锌冶炼厂建设项目职业病危害因素进行分析,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出防护建议和管理措施。方法通过职业卫生现场调查及检测,结合国家有关职业卫生标准及规范进行评价。结果项目选址、生产工艺、设备布局、职业病防护设施、个人防护用品、职业卫生管理与辅助用室等方面均符合国家相关规定;生产工艺过程中产生的职业病危害因素主要有煤尘、铅烟、铅尘、镉、锌、CO、CO2、SO2、硫酸、氨、氮氧化物、噪声、工频电磁场等。除个别作业点超标外,绝大多数作业点检测结果符合国家标准。结论该项目自动化程度较高,职业病危害防护措施和生产管理措施是可行的。

Abstract:[Objective]To analyze the possible occupational hazard factors of the construction project in a zinc smelting plant,assess the protective measures of occupational hazards and its effect,and put forward the feasible preventive strategies.[Methods]By using the field occupational survey and detection,the evaluation was carried out according the relevant national regulations and standards.[Results]All of the location,production technology,facility layout,protective facilities for occupational diseases,individual protective articles,occupational health management and auxiliary rooms met the relevant national standards.The main occupational hazard factors were coal dust,lead fume,lead dust,cadmium,zinc,CO,CO2,SO2,sulfuric acid,ammonia,nitrogen oxides,noise and power frequency electromagnetic field.The detection results of most monitoring points accorded with the national standards except few monitoring points.[Conclusion]This construction project has high level of automation,and the occupational protection strategies and production management measures are feasible.
