| 摘 要： | 报道了应用中西药结合非手术治疗外伤性颅内血肿50例，并提出相应的适应症标准，结果：治疗后78％的患者出院时CT复查血肿完全吸收或大部分吸收，64％的患者已无任何自觉症状，36％患者仅遗留不同程度的头痛，头昏、记忆力减退，结果表明结合手术治疗外伤性颅内血肿，疗效确切。 |

| Abstract: | The nonoperative therapy of integrated traditional and western medicine for 50 cases of traumatic intracranial hematoma is reported in this article. The correspond standard for the therapy was discussed here. The results showed that 36% patients remained some kind of headache, agraphia and memory deterioration, 64% patients without any complain after treatment. Moreover, computed topography showed that all or greater part of the hemetoma was absorbed in 78% patients when patients discharged from hospital. |
