| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨99TC—MDP治疗绝经后骨质疏松的疗效。方法:对66例绝经后骨质疏松患者应用99Tc—MDP(99锝—亚甲基二膦酸盐)治疗并进行随访观察,监测血清BALP(骨特异性碱性磷酸酶)、IL—1(白细胞介素—1)、IL—6(白细胞介素—6)及骨密度。结果:66例绝经后骨质疏松患者应用99Tc—MDP治疗后IL—1、IL—6水平迅速下降。治疗后6个月开始BALP逐渐下降,骨密度有不同程度的升高。结论:99Tc—MDP可减少破骨细胞形成,降低破骨细胞活性,抑制骨吸收,同时诱导成骨细胞增生,促进骨生成。

| Abstract: | Objective:66 patients suffering Postmenopausal steoporosis were followed up after combined treatment of ~99Tc-MDP.Methods:we have observed these indicators dynamically,including bone-specific alkaline phosphatase(BALP) interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6) bone density and so on.Results:It Was showed that the level of IL-1 and IL-6 of the 66 patients' Postmenopausal steoporosis with 99Tc-MDP could lower rapidly,the level of BALP has been decreased gradually after 6 months,and the bone density has been raised to different extent.Conclusion:99Tc-MDlP may reduce the osteoclast's formation, decrease the active of the osteoclast's cells and inhibit the bone resorption,99Tc-MDP may induce the osteogenic cells' proliferation and promote the Osteogenesis. |
