循证护理在重型颅脑损伤患者中的应用及效果观察

目的探讨循证护理在重型颅脑损伤患者中的临床应用及效果。方法将我院收治的60例重型颅脑损伤患者分为对照组和循证护理组各30例，对照组按照常规程序进行护理，循证护理组按照循证护理模式进行护理，分析两组并发症的发生率和死亡率、主动配合治疗与患者及家属满意率有无差异。结果循证护理组并发症的发生率与死亡率明显低于对照组，患者主动配合治疗及患者与家属满意度循证护理组明显高于对照组。结论颅脑损伤患者早期运用循证护理可有效减少并发症的发生，降低死亡率，取得患者的主动配合治疗及患者与家属的满意。

The clinical application effect of the evidence -based nursing on the severe head injury patients

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of the evidence-based nursing on the severe head injury patients.Methods After separating 60 severe head injury patients who were cured in a certain hospital into control group(30 cases) nursed as normal procedure and evidence-based nursing group(30 cases) nursed as the evidence-based nursing model,the author focused on analyzing the incidence rates and the mortality rates of complication between the two groups;and check whether there were any differences between two groups in initiative treatment and the satisfactory rates of their family members.Results The incidence rates and the mortality rates of evidence-based nursing group were lower than those of the control group;patients who received evidence-based nursing were more active to receive treatment than the patients in the control group,and the satisfactory rates of their family members between the two groups also showed the same tendency.Conclusion After receiving evidence-based nursing in the early stage,the incidence rates of complication in craniocerebral injury patients would be effectively reduced;and their mortality rates were also lowered.These results would promote patients to receive treatment and get their family members ’ satisfaction.
