| 摘 要： | 目的:观察疏血通联合左卡尼汀治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:60例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为对照组(30例),治疗组(30例)。对照组治疗予阿司匹林肠溶片、单硝酸异山梨酯(口服或针剂),并根据病情选用钙拮抗剂、β-受体阻滞剂、ACEI制剂、他汀类制剂、低分子肝素,静脉滴注复方丹参合极化液。治疗组在对照组基础上给予疏血通联合注射用左卡尼汀。结果:治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:疏血通联合左卡尼汀治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效满意。

Efficacy observation of treating angina pectoris with Shu Xue Tong plus levocarnitine |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy of treating angina pectoris with Shu Xue Tong plus levocarnitine.Methods:60 cases of angina pectoris patients were randomly divided into control group (30 cases),treatment group (30 cases).Control group to the aspirin enteric-coated tablets,isosorbide mononitrate (oral or injection),and according to the disease calcium antagonists,beta-blockers,of ACEI agents,statin agents,low molecular weight heparin,intravenous infusion of compound Danshen co-polarized liquid.Of Shu Xue Tong joint injection of L-carnitine treatment group on the basis of the control group.Results:The treatment group was better than control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:Treating angina pectoris with Shu Xue Tong plus levocarnitine have a good effect. |
