神经内科失眠患者中医辨证要素调查

目的探讨失眠患者中医辨证要素的分布、组合情况。方法对100例失眠患者的中医辨证要素进行判断，比较单纯失眠患者与失眠伴情绪障碍患者辨证要素分布的差异。结果100例失眠患者中火热证占92％，血虚证占79％，气郁证占78％，气虚证占74％，这4个辨证要素的出现率均在70％以上；4、5、6个辨证要素组合共占62％；失眠伴情绪障碍较单纯失眠与气虚证关系更密切。结论火热证、血虚证、气郁证和气虚证是失眠常见的辨证要素；失眠病机复杂，虚实夹杂者多见；失眠伴有情绪障碍在一定程度与气虚证相关。

Factors of TCM syndrome differentiation in patients with insomnia

Objective To discuss the distribution and combination of TCM syndrome differentiation factors in patients with insomnia. Method The factors of TCM syndrome differentiation in 100 patients with insomnia were estimated, and the difference of TCM syndrome differentiation factors between the patients with simple insomnia and those with insomnia accompanied by emotional disorder was compared. Result In 100 patients those with fire-heat syndrome accounted for 92%, blood-deficiency syndrome, for 79%, qi-stagnation syndrome, for 78%, and qi-deficiency syndrome, for 74%. The occurrence rate of above 4 syndrome differentiation factors was all higher than 70%. The combination of 4, 5 and 6 factors of syndrome differentiation accounted for 62%. The insomnia accompanied by emotional disorder was related to qi-deficiency syndrome more closely than simple insomnia was. Conclusion The fire-heat syndrome, blood-deficiency syndrome, qi-stagnation syndrome and qi-deficiency syndrome are common syndrome differentiation factors of insomnia. Insomnia has complicated pathogenesis, and the syndrome of deficiency combined with excessiveness is more common. The insomnia accompanied by emotional disorder is correlated to qi-deficiency syndrome.
