西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病疗效观察

目的对新型口服降糖药西格列汀的疗效进行评价。方法以降糖药治疗下血糖仍未控制的2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,在保持原有治疗方案基础上,给予西格列汀口服治疗,分别于治疗2、6、10、14周末,观察患者空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 h PG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1C）、体质量指数、血压等指标。结果加用西格列汀治疗后,各时间点的FBG、2h PG、HbA1C水平均有显著下降,与治疗前基础值相比差别均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;治疗前后患者体质量指数、血压无明显差异。结论西格列汀是治疗糖尿病过程中一种即经济,又安全、有效的药物。

Efficacy of Sitagliptin in Treating Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of sitagliptin,a new oral hypoglycemic agent,in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Type 2 diabetic patients,whose blood-sugar levels were still not control under hypoglycemic treatment were chosen as subjects. Then sitagliptin was added and fasting blood glucose（ FBC）,2-hour postprandial blood glucose（ 2 h PG）,glycosylated hemoglobin（ HbA1C）,body mass index,blood pressure were observed after2,6,10,14 weeks of treatment. Results After treatment,FBG,2 hPG and HbA1 C were reduced significantly at different time points while body mass index and blood pressure had no significant differences compared with pre-treatment. Conclusion Sitagliptin is an economical,safe and effective treatment for type 2 diabetic patients.
