| 摘 要： | 随着教育工作的不断发展，现代大学的构建越来越突现出心理健康教育模式的重要性。辅导员身处学生工作的第一线，面对的是一个千姿百态、有其独特心理的学生群体。对象和环境的特点、育人的目标决定了辅导员必须正确定位在高校心理健康教育中的角色。
