| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨并总结多内口肛瘘的有效治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析近11年采用肛瘘切开旷置或切开挂线术治疗多内口肛瘘37例的临床疗效。结果：36例（97．3％）痊愈，1例（2．7％）经第二次手术痊愈，有效率100％，无肛门畸形、肛门狭窄、肛门失禁、漏液、漏气及排便困难等并发症。术后随访1～3年，无复发病例。结论：采用切开旷置或切开挂线术也适用于治疗多内口肛瘘，而且效果好，并发症少，无后遗症。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the treatment of anal fistula with multiple internal openings.Methods:The clinical data of 37 cases with anal fistula with multiple internal openings treated by fistulotomy or incision plus thread-drawing were retrospectively analyzed.Results:36(97.3%) cases were cured,1(2.7%)case was treated by two-stage operation. No such complications as postoperative deformity, anal stenosis, fecal incontinence, liguid leakage, air leakage and difficult defecation were found. Follow-up of 1-3 years showed no recurrence. Conclusion:Fistulotomy or incision plus thread-drawing can effectly cure anal fistula with multiple internal openings without any sequelae. |
