摘    要:目的:分析临床标本病原菌的种类、分布及耐药性特点,为临床了解病原体流行状况和合理使用抗菌药物提供依据.方法:采用BioFoSun微生物鉴定药敏系统对分离微生物进行鉴定和药敏实验.结果:分离到832株病原菌,其中革兰阳性菌178株(21.39%),主要为金黄色葡萄球菌;革兰阴性菌563株(67.67%),主要包括大肠埃希菌、克雷伯菌属、不动杆菌属、铜绿假单胞菌等;真菌91株(10.94%).耐药性最大的病原菌为大肠埃希菌,其对多种药物耐药率均较高.尚未发现对万古霉素耐药的葡萄球菌和肠球菌.碳青霉烯类的美罗培南和亚胺培南是所测定抗菌药物中对肠杆菌科细菌作用最强的抗生素,阿米卡星次之.结论:本院感染的病原菌中,大肠埃希菌的多重耐药率较高,应引起临床关注.
