| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨带锁髓内钉治疗股骨、胫骨干骨折并发骨折愈合不良的原因及治疗。方法：用带锁髓内钉治疗股骨、胫骨干骨折112例，其中，7例出现骨折延迟愈合，2例不愈合，均行锁钉动力化、注入骨髓、理疗、二次手术植骨固定等治疗等结果：术后平均随访时间为14个月，均骨性愈合。结论：带锁髓内钉治疗长骨干骨折发生骨折延迟愈合及不愈合等并发症时，正确的器械选择、手术操作及术后严格管理可减少骨折延迟愈合及不愈合的发生。静力性固定变为动力性同定、自体骨髓移植、电频脉冲、二次手术为治疗骨折愈合不良的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the cause and treatment of unhealthy fracture healing induced by locking nails during the treatment of thigh-bone and tibia shaft fracture.Methods: Analyzing 112 patients who had thigh-bone and tibia shaft fracture and accepted treatment of locking nails. Results:The average follow-up time was 14 months (12 months to 18 months) after operation,and bone healing could be seen in all of them.Conclusion:Change static fixation into dynamic fization,autologous bone marrow transplantation,electric pulse and re-operation are effective methods to cure unhealthy fracture healing. |
