Ⅱ型糖尿病合并冠心病者血浆脂联素水平测定及意义

目的探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病合并冠心病者血浆脂联素水平变化及意义。方法将60例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者(其中冠心病人30例,单纯糖尿病人30例)进行空腹血糖(FPG)、血总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、体重指数(BMI)、胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血浆脂联素的检测,并与对照组比较。结果Ⅱ型糖尿病合并冠心病组TC高于单纯糖尿病组(P<0.05),血浆脂联素水平明显低于单纯糖尿病组(P<0.01)。血浆脂联素与胰岛素抵抗指数呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论血浆脂联素在Ⅱ型糖尿病合并冠心病的发生中发挥保护作用。

Change of Plasma Adiponectin and its Role in type I Diabetes Mellitus Patient with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To investigate the level of plasma adiponetin and to explore its role in type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Compared with those in the control group, the parameters of fasting plasma glucose (FPG), total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG), fasting insulin level in plasma (FINS) and plasma adiponetin were measured in 60 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus (in which 30 patients with coronary heart disease and 30 patients without CHD. Results Compared to that in the type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus patients without CHD, the level of TC in type Ⅱ DM patients with CHD were significantly higher (P<0.05) and the concentrations of plasma adiponetin was significantly lower (P<0.01). The concentration of plasma adiponetin was negative to the IRI. Conclusion Plasma adiponetin might be a role of protection in the pathogenesis of the type Ⅱ DM patient with CHD.
