| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨双器械与全直肠系膜切除（TME）在低位直肠癌保肛手术中的应用价值。方法：对16例直肠癌患者在TME完成后使用双器械行保肛手术。结果：1例术后吻合口瘘经短期引流治愈，2例切口感染，余无并发症发生，无手术死亡。术后随访（12—36）个月，复发1例，行Miles手术。结论：TME有助于降低直肠癌术后复发率，双器械是低位直肠癌保肛的关键，两者联合应用是低位直肠癌保肛手术的首选术式，该术式能提高患者生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of total mesorectal excision(TME)with dual equipment for sphincter-saving surgery on treatment of low rectal cancer.Methods:The sphincter-saving surgery was conducted with dual equipment after the total mesorectal excision operation finished in 16 patients with low rectal cancer.Results:1 case of anastomotic leak occurred and was cured by drainage in a short time,and incision infection 2 cases.No complications in remaining people were found;while no operation-related death.1... |
