慢性牙周炎与种植体周围炎相关性的临床研究

目的：通过临床观察慢性牙周炎患者进行牙种植修复的早期临床效果,初步探讨慢性牙周炎与种植体周围炎发生发展的相关性。方法：选择15例慢性牙周炎患者24颗种植牙作为实验组,选择10例牙周健康者20颗种植牙作为对照组,二期修复负载时（种植体植入后4～6个月）检测两组患者种植体周围龈沟液量（PISF）、改良菌斑指数（mPLI）、改良龈沟出血指数（mBI）、探诊深度（PD）及附着丧失（AL）等各项临床指标,并进行比较。结果：慢性牙周炎患者种植体周的龈沟液量明显多于牙周健康患者（P〈0.05）;两组种植体周的各项临床指标均值除mPLI外均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：慢性牙周炎与种植体周围炎的发生可能具有一定的相关性。

Clinical Research on the Relevance of Chronic Periodontitis and Peri-implantitis

Objective：To preliminary study the relevance of chronic periodontitis and peri-implantitis by analysing the clinical results of patients with chronic periodontitis and the healthy.Methods：24implants were operated on experimental group,and 20implants were operated on control group separately.4-6months after operation,the clinical indexes including PISF,mPLI,mSBI,PPD and AL were scored in a standard manner and compared.Results：The quantity of peri-implant sulcular fluid（PISF）in patients with chronic periodontitis were significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）.Except for mPLI,there were significant differences in other clinical indices.Conclusion：The patients with chronic periodontitis probablely han higher incidence of peri-implantitis.
