医院药品物流的影响因素及对策

目的:保证医院药品绿色通道的畅通。方法:分析医院药品物流链中医药代表、医师、药房、药库、采购人员等各个主要影响因素对药品物流的影响,并提出对策。结果与结论:希望国家完善招标方式、方法,出台更有效的政策、法规,规范医药市场;生产企业、商业企业、医院三方的利益需要合理分配;国家对药品物流应建立标准。

Influencing Factors and Countermeasures in Hospital Drug Flow

OBJECTIVE:To facilitate a smooth drug flow chain in hospital.METHODS:The influencing factors involved in hospital drug flow chain including medicine representatives,physicians,pharmacy,drug storehouse,drug purchasers,etc were analyzed and some countermeasures were put forward.RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS: It is hoped that our government could improve the mode and method of bidding and work out more effective policies and regulations to normalize the medicine market.Meanwhile,the profits of manufacturers,commercial enterprises and hospitals should be distributed reasonably and standards for drug flow in our country should be set up.
