功能性窦性心动过缓致反复晕厥临床分析

目的探讨功能性窦性心动过缓与晕厥之间的关系。方法对常规心电图检查显示窦性心动过缓的3例年轻反复晕厥患者行各种检查包括动态心电图、运动平板试验、心脏彩超、颈部血管超声、头颅颈椎MRI、监测血压、监测血糖、甲状腺功能等检查,并行阿托品试验。结果 3例常规心电图检查显示窦性心动过缓的年轻反复晕厥患者,各项检查均未见明显异常,阿托品试验均为阴性。3例患者均植入永久双腔心脏起搏器,模式调为AVD,并随访1年,未再有晕厥发作。结论功能性窦性心动过缓也可引起晕厥,植入永久心脏起搏器是预防晕厥的有效手段。

Clinical Analysis of Repeatly Syncope Induced by Functional Sinus Bradycardia

Objective To observe the relation of functional sinus bradycardia and repeatly syncope. Methods Three young syncope cases whose ECG showed sinus bradycardia were given all kinds of checks including dynamic electrocardiogram,treadmill test,echocardiography,neck vascular ultrasound,head MRI and cervical spine MRI,dynamic blood pressure and dynamic blood sugar,thyroid function,the atropine test. Results All kinds of checks were normal,the atropine test was negative. Three young syncope cases were implanted dual chamber cardiac pacemaker,mode AVD,followed-up for one year,no syncope occurred. Conclusion Functional sinus bradycardia may lead to syncope,dual chamber cardiac pacemaker implantation is an effective prevention method.
