| 摘 要： | 采用专家积极系数、权威程度和协调系数检验Delphi法在流动人口生殖健康服务质量测评体系中的可靠性。分析结果显示三轮咨询专家的积极系数为100%,其中33名专家中有25名专家权威系数大于0.8,第三轮的指标重要性协调系数在0.2～0.4之间(P=0.000)。因此专家对本研究的积极性很高,对评估的内容及问题的权威程度很高,对于指标的重要性,意见比较一致,预测结果可取。 |

| Abstract: | To estimate the reliability of Delphi method which is used in the reproductive health evaluating model of floating population by activity index,degree of authority,and coordination index.The results showed that the activity coefficient was 100%;the authority coefficient in 25 experts of 33 was above 0.8;Kendall's W in the third order ranged from 0.2 to 0.4 (P=0.000).Our results showed that experts'attitudes to the research subjects are enthusiastic, great authority and better coordination are also gotten.Therefore,the results of prediction could be available for practi- cal use. |
