| 摘 要： | 目的评价肩关节周围炎的治疗效果。方法采用痛点阻滞，配合手法松解、物理治疗和肩关节松动功能锻炼等。结果46例肩关节周围炎总有效率89．1％，优良率迭69．5％。结论综合治疗肩关节周围炎是有效的。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To evaluate the therapeutic effect of periarthritis of shoulder. [Methods] Painful points in 46 eases of pefiarthfitis of shoulder were. injected into 3 to 5 mL mixed fluid containing triameinolone aeetonide, lidocaine and Vit B12, combined with manipulation solution, physiotherapy and functional exercise of shoulder joint cinch. [Results] Total effective rate in 46 eases of pefiarthfitis of shoulder was 89.1% ,while the fine rate was 69.5%. [Conclusion] The design of the combined therapy about periarthfitis of shoulder was reasonable. |
