| 摘 要： | 目的 早期发现小儿听力障碍。方法 对 2 0 5 0例婴儿采用耳声发射法 (OAE)进行听力筛查 ,连续监测异常儿 ,阳性者最后作脑干听觉诱发电位 (ABR)确诊。结果 OAE法筛查阳性 16例 (占 0 .78% ) ,经ABR检查确诊听力障碍 6例 (占 0 .2 9% ) ,其中单耳聋 4例 ,双耳聋 2例 ;轻度听力障碍 3例。中度听力障碍 1例 ,重度听力障碍 2例。结论 OAE法适合小儿听力筛查 ,能早期发现小儿听力异常 ,使听力障碍患者得以早期干预。

| Abstract: | Objective To find the dysacusia in infant at early period. Methods 2050 infants were screened by otoacoustic emissions (OAE) and abnormal infants were monitored continuously. The final diagnose was made by auditory brainstem response (ABR). Results 6 of 16 infants with positive result by OAE were finally diagnosed to be dysacusia by ABR, including 4 cases with monotic deafness, 2 cases with binaural deafness. There are 3 cases with mild, 1 case with moderate and 1 cawse with serious dysacusia. Conclusions OAE is the credible and effective method to screen the dysacusia in infant at early period. So the patients should be treated at early period. |
