| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨喉鳞状细胞癌（LSCC）组织中淋巴管密度（LVD）与临床病理因素的关系。方法：采用SABC免疫组织化学技术，利用淋巴管内皮特异性标记物D2—40计数40例LSCC组织及相应的喉正常黏膜组织中的淋巴管数目。结果：LSCC组织中癌周D2—40（＋）管腔密度高于正常组织，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；T1/2组癌周D240（＋）管腔密度低于T3/4组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；颈淋巴结转移组癌周D2—40（＋）管腔密度高于非转移组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；声门型组癌周D2-40（＋）管腔密度低于声门上型组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；癌周D2—40（＋）管腔密度在高、中、低不同分化组中差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：肿瘤淋巴管主要是指癌周淋巴管，癌周LVD与LSCC的进展和侵袭性密切相关。
