床头呼叫器医源性污染状况的调查及控制对策

目的:调查床头呼叫器的医源性病原微生物污染现况,评价“84”液和鑫永泰消毒效果。方法:对460个床头呼叫器进行细菌采样监测后,将细菌学监测阳性呼叫器随机分为500mg/L“84”液消毒组和鑫永泰棉球消毒组,观察消毒后两种消毒液对床头呼叫器的消毒效果。结果:消毒前呼叫器细菌学监测的阳性率60.43%,革兰氏阳性菌占33.25%,革兰氏阴性菌占23.48%;消毒后“84”液消毒组呼叫器的细菌学监测阳性率5.04%,鑫永泰棉球消毒组阳性率为1.44%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:床头呼叫器的的医源性病原微生物污染现况不容乐观,鑫永泰可高效的清除床头呼叫器上的病原微生物,从而有效防治床头呼叫器导致的医源性感染。

Investigation and control methods of microorganism contamination of bed caller in hospital wards

Objective: To investigate iatrogenic microbial contamination of bed caller in hospital wards, and to evaluate the disinfecting effect of "84" and "Xin yongtai" disinfectors,in order to find effective preventive measures.Methods: 460 samples were collected for microbial monitoring,then bed caller with positive sample were randomly divided into"84" group and Xin yongtai group. The disinfecting effects were observed after disinfection in these two groups.Results: Before disinfection, microbial monitoring show that the positive rate was 60.43%, of which 33.25% is Gram-positive and 23.48% is Gram -negative. After disinfection, the positive rate was 5.04% in "84" group,and 1.44% in Xin yongtai group,and there was significant differenc in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Iatrogenic microbial contamination of bed caller becomes serious, Xin yongtai disinfectors is an effective in preventing Nosocomial Infection.
