超声在诊断心肌致密化不全中的临床价值

目的分析了解心肌致密化不全（noncompaction of ventricular myocardtium，NVM）的超声心动图诊断价值。方法对4例心肌致密化不全患者采用HP5500彩色超声诊断仪，进行常规检查，重点观察左室长轴、短轴、四腔心切面。结果4例患者中均可见左室腔内未致密化的粗大肌小梁及隐窝，4例都未合并其他先天性心脏病，且均为左心室型。2例出现明显心功能不全，1例出现心律失常，另1例无明显症状。结论应用超声心动图诊断心肌致密化不全是目前临床的最佳选择，它简便，经济，无创，结果可靠。

The clinical value of echocardiographic diagnosis for noncompaction of ventricular myocardium

Objective To explore the clinical value of echocardiographic diagnosis of noncompaction of ventricular myocardium. Methods HP5500 color ultrasound system was used for 4 patients examination. Emphasis was put in observing left ventricular long - axis,short - axis and four chamber longitudinal section. Results In all the 4 patients, numerous prominent ventricular trabeculations and deep intertrabecular recesses were presented in echocardiogram. None of 4 cases complicated with other congenital heart disease. In all cases left heart was involved. In 2 cases showed cardiac insufficiency very clearly, 1 case showed arrhythmia and 1 case showed noth- ing obviously. Conclusion The echocardiographic diagnosis is proved to be an optimal approach to the diagnosis of noncompaction of ventricular myocardium, which appears to be more economical, non - invasive and easy to perform.
