| 摘 要： | 本文报告腹部闭合性损伤中肝脾伤患者43例,其中男36例,女7例,年龄6～59岁.所有患者均作了B超检查,描述并讨论其超声图像表现提出观察腹腔积液是诊断内出血的重要指征,强调脾损伤患者当其实质损伤而包膜依然完好的情况下要密切注意迟延性脾破裂发生的可能.分析了漏误诊的原因.

| Abstract: | 43 cases with injuries of liver and spleen in close abdominal injury were reported. There were 36 males and 7 females,ranging in age from 6 to 59 years, Charcteristics of B-mode Ultrasonography of in-juries in liver arid spleen were discussed.If fluid in abdominal cavity was found out by B-mode Ultrasono-graphy, it was significant feature to diagnose their injuries. Author emphasized that subcapsular tear of spleen might occur delaied spleen rupture. The causes of misdiagnosis and nondiagnosis were analysed. |
