| 摘 要： | 本文回顾、分析了23例无明显临床症状、不典型、经B超诊断为宫外孕患者的声像图特点,并经手术证实.笔者认为,凡人工流产术后月经不规则或无停经史者,伴有阴道不规则流血时间较长、B超见附件区包块,子宫后穹窿少量积液时,应高度警惕子宫外妊娠.

| Abstract: | 23 cases with not clear symptoms ectopic pregnancy were diagnoed by ultrasonic Imaging. All proved by operation. We hold ought to vigilant ectopic pregnancy to every women when induced abortion and menstrual cycle irregular, if vagina irregular she blood time long and ultrasonic imaging oviduct mass and the liquid on excavatio rctouterina. |
