卵巢囊性畸胎瘤超声诊断分析

本文报道了我院B型超声诊断的31例卵巢囊性畸胎瘤,经手术及病理对照,超声符合率87%(27/31例次)。通过病理与超声检查逐点对照,发现肿瘤内部的回声直接反映了瘤体内部的结构,在此基础上,重点讨论了对卵巢囊性畸胎瘤声像图分型的看法和体会.由于畸胎瘤易发生扭转、破裂,且有2%的恶变率,故一旦发现,应及早手术.

Ultrasonography Diagnosis of Ovarian Cystic Teratoma

Thirty one cases with ovarian cystic teratomas were diagnosised by ultrasonography and con-firmed by operation and patholgy. The ultrasonograhy detective rate was 87% (27/31). Through carefully comparation between the appearance of ultrasonography and pathology, it is found that their echoes directly shows the inside structure of tumor. On this basis, we get some experience and opinions about ultrasono-graphy typing of teratoma. For tending to turn round and break,and having depravation rate of 2% , the ter-atoma should be exsected as soon as possible once diagnosised.
