| 摘 要： | [目的]观察加减桃红四物汤治疗腰腿痛的效果。[方法]对312例腰腿痛患者给予加减桃红四物汤治疗。[结果]治愈190例,有效73,显效25例,无效24例。治愈率60.9%,总有效率92.3%。[结论]加减桃红四物汤治疗腰腿痛取得较为显著的疗效,活血化瘀通络止痛法作为重要的治疗手段运用于痹证的治疗很有意义。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To observe the effect of lumbago and leg pain treated with revised Taohong Siwu Decoction.[Method] Treat 312 cases of lumbago and leg pain with self-made revised Taohong Siwu Decoction.[Result] 190 cases were cured,73 effective,25 had marked effect,24 no effect.The cure rate was 60.9%,total effective rate 92.3%.[Conclusion] Revised Taohong Siwu Decoction had obvious cure effect in treating lumbago and leg pain,it was very meaningful by taking activating blood circulation to clear stasis and relieve pain as the main method on apoplexy. |
