摘    要:目的:探讨葛根素对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及机制.方法:60只SD大鼠被随机分为3组:假手术(sham)组、缺血再灌注损伤(IR)组、葛根素(PI)组.建立大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,检测血清SOD、MDA、LDH和CK水平;观察心肌损伤的形态学改变.结果:与IR组比较,PI组SOD活力显著升高(P<0.05),MDA、LDH和CK含量显著降低(P<0.01),形态改变显著减轻(P<0.05).结论:葛根素对缺血再灌注损伤的心肌有保护作用,其机制可能与增加SOD活性、稳定生物膜有关.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the protective effects and its mechanism of pueraria on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury (MIRI) in rats. Method: 60 SD rats were divided in to 3 groups randomly: sham operation group,ischemia reperfusion injury group (IR),and pueraria injection (PI) group. The model of MIRI was produced,Serum activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD),and contents of malondial dehyde (MDA),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),creatine kinase (CK) were detected respectively,and the effects of pueraria on myocardial infarct sizes was estimated in rats with MIRI. Result: The activitie of SOD was significantly higher,the contents of MDA,LDH and CK were significantly lower,The myocardial infarct sizes (MIS) was significantly decreaser,in PI group than that in IR group. Conclusion: Pueraria can protect myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats MIRI. The myocardial protective mechanism of pueraria may be realized by enchancing the activations of SOD,stabilizing myocardial cellular membrance.
