| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胶质瘤显微手术的临床疗效.方法:手术治疗的 38例胶质瘤病人进行回顾性分析.结果:术中全切除 30 例( 80%),次全或大部切除 8例( 20%),术后无一例死亡.其中 18例随访 1～ 3年未见肿瘤复发.结论:脑胶质瘤显 微手术全切疗效好.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effect of microsurgery for glioma. Methods 38 cases of glioma were studied retrospectively. Results 30 patients with total surgical treatment , 8 patients with subtotal surgical treatment .There were no operative morfality .18 patients were followed for one to three years ,and all the patients survived. Conclusion The effect of microsurgical treatment of glioma is good. |
