自体颗粒脂肪移植在颜面软组织凹陷治疗中的应用

目的 探讨自体颗粒脂肪移植在颜面部凹陷治疗中的应用。方法 对17例行自体颗粒脂肪移植治疗颜面部凹陷病例进行回顾性分析，首先根据颜面凹陷计算所需颗粒脂肪的量，用注射器在自体脂肪丰厚部位手动抽取，将所获颗粒脂肪反复冲洗，在需填充部位分点多层注入皮下。结果 本组17例患者，经3-18个月的随访，其中5例为一次治疗后，3—6个月复诊原凹陷部位外观明显改善，与术前对比效果满意。12例6-12个月后进行第2次补充注射，随访6个月后外观改善明显。结论 自体颗粒脂肪注射移植治疗颜面凹陷是一种经济实用、安全有效的手术方法。

Using Autologous Fat Transplantation in the Treatment of Facial Depression

Objective To discuss the autologous fat transplantation in aesthetic facial recontouring. Methods 17 cases using autologous fat transplantation in the treatment of facial depression were retrospectively analyzed. Autologous fat granules obtained by liposuction were washed with PBS and transplanted into the facial depression by multilayer injection. Results Seventeen cases of the facial depression were treated with the autologous fat transplantation in recent years. Seventeen cases were satisfied with the results to different degree. Conclusions This technique not only is easy and simple, but also has the strong points and such as reliable, effective and few complications.
