大剂量丙种球蛋白、甲基强的松龙治疗重症肌无力

目的探讨依次采用大剂量丙种球蛋白静滴、大剂量的甲基强的松龙治疗重症肌无力的临床疗效。方法时符合Osserman分型的61例患者，随机分为两组：治疗组（A组）31例，依次采用大剂量丙种球蛋白厦大剂量的甲基强的松龙治疗；对照组（B组）30例，采用传统大剂量地塞米松静滴治疗；观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组症状缓解快，激素治疗过程中发生呼吸肌瘫痪、使用呼吸机现象少，住院时间短，疗效好（均P〈0．05）。结论依次采用大剂量丙种球蛋白、大剂量的甲基强的松龙冲击治疗重症肌无力的临床疗效好，值得临床推广。

Combined therapy of high- dose intravenous immunoglobulin and methylprednisolone in treating myasthenia gravis

Objective To explore the effect of combined therapy of high-dose intravenous immunoglobulin and methylprednisolone in treating myasthenia gravis (MG). Methods 61 patients who suffered MG and were fit for Osserman standard were randomly divided into treatment group (n =31) and control group (n =30). The patients in treatment group were treated with high-dose intravenous immunoglobulin and methylprednisolone in turns; and those in control group were treated with high-dose dexamethasone. Clinic effect of two groups were observed and compared with each other. Results In patients in treatment group, the symptom alleviated more quickly and phenomena of pneumato-myparalysis as well as using respiratory machine were fewer, and hospitalization time was shorter, and the clinic effect were finer than those in control group. Conclusions Combined therapy of high-dose intravenous immunoglobulin and methylprednisolone in treating MG has good clinic effect and it is worth applying in clinical medicine.
