| 摘 要： | 对新形势下药学研究生的生源现状进行了分析，认为药学研究生生源数量较为充足，生源质量有待进一步提高，“近亲繁殖”现象依然存在；在此基础上，提出提高药学研究生生源质量的基本对策，如加强招生宣传，加强学科建设，扩大推免生校际交流，合理设置考试科目，重视复试工作等。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the current situation of source of pharmaceutical postgraduates under new situation, the authors hold the opinion that the source quantity of pharmaceutical postgraduates is sufficient, the source quality of pharmaceutical postgraduates need to be improved, and the college-inbreeding phenomenon might still exist. On the basis, some solutions are put forward fer improving the source quality of pharmaceutical postgraduates, namely, strengthening the enrollment publicity and its academic building, enlarging the scale of the intercollegiate students recommended for admission, setting rational examination subjects, regarding retrial, and so on. |
