| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脑室-腹腔分流术后常见并发症的临床表现及其产生原因。方法:回顾性分析16例脑积水患者行脑室-腹腔分流术后的各种常见并发症。结果:16例中分流管阻塞者5例,感染者3例,低颅压反应5例,胃肠道症状7例。结论:分流管阻塞和感染是该手术的常见并发症,选择不同压力的引流装置、抗感染和严格把握手术指征是防止并发症的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the appearances and causes of the common complications of ventriculo-peritoneal shunt in hydrocephalus. Methods：The author retrospectively analyzed the common complications of ventriculo-peritoneal shunt in 16 patients with hydrocephalus. Results：In the 16 cases,there were 5 cases with shunt blockage,3 cases with infection,5 cases with low intracranial pressure response,7 cases with gastrointestinal symptoms. Conclusion：Shunt blockage and infection are the main complications of ventriculo-peritoneal shunt in hydrocephalus.Complications can be prevented by selecting a different pressure drainage device,anti-infection and strictly controling operation indication. |
