护理高职高专毕业生尽快适应临床工作的方法探析

目的探讨护理高职高专毕业生尽快适应快节奏的临床护理工作的方法。方法将2008年-2010年102名护理毕业生随机分为对照组51名（其中2008年12人、2009年24人、2010年15人）和试验组51名（其中2008年12人、2009年24人、2010年15人）,对照组采用传统的临床带教方法,试验组参加由医院统一制定的临床工作能力培训,带教老师与新毕业生至少一对二,时间均为3个月。2组班次、工作职责、上班时间、考核方法一样。结果试验组考核成绩明显优于对照组,尤其在完成同样护理工作所需时间、程序完整性及处理突发事件的应急能力上十分显著。结论对护理高职高专毕业生入院后进行综合集训3个月,比在临床由带教老师常规带教3个月能更快适应临床护理工作和处理突发事件的能力。

Objective To explore the nursing graduates of higher vocational colleges to adapt to the fast-paced clinical nursing work..Method Dividing the nursing students into the control group 51cases(2008 12cases,2009 24 cases,2010 15 cases) and the experimental group 51 cases(2008 12 cases,2009 24 cases,2010 15 cases),the control group used the traditional methods,the experimental group participated in unified formulation for clinical work ability training,teachers and new graduates at least1:2,after3 months,2 group of shift,job duties,working hours were same Result The test group examination scores are significantly better than the control group,especially in the completion of the same nursing time required,program integrity and deal with unexpected events of the emergency.Conclusion After admission comprehensive training for 3 months,the nursing graduates of Higher Vocational Colleges was better to adapt to clinical nursing work and the ability to deal with unexpected incidents than the normal meathods.
