| 摘 要： | 目的探讨全程C反应蛋白[超敏C反应蛋白（hsCmP）＋常规CRP]在儿童和新生儿感染性疾病中的应用。方法以血常规、细菌培养和临床诊断为依据，将155例感染性疾病婴幼儿分为细菌感染组105例和病毒感染组50例，观察比较2组血C反应蛋白检测结果。结果细菌感染组各疾病血清CRP浓度明显高于病毒感染组。结论检测C反应蛋白水平是惠儿感染性疾病诊断和鉴别诊断的主要指标，可以为临床诊断、治疗和疗效观察提供积极有效的帮助。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the application of c-reactive protein(CRP hsCRP + conventional) in pediatric infectious disease.Methods 155 cases of infectious diseases of the infant were divided into group of bacterial infection(105cases) and group virus infection(50 cases).The serum CRP levels were compared.Results The serum CRP levels in group of bacterial infection was higher than that of group virus infection.Conclusion CRP is the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of main index for children infectious disease.It is helpful to clinical diagnosis,treatment and effect observation. |
