食管癌 贲门癌根治术后胃瘫的原因及诊治分析

目的探讨食管癌、贲门癌术后胃瘫综合征（PGS）的原因及诊治方法。方法回顾性分析28例食管癌、贲门癌术后发生PGS患者的临床资料,分析其发生原因,制订防治措施。结果 28例患者行非手术治疗后恢复胃肠蠕动,经口进食,均治愈。结论食管癌、贲门癌术后发生PGS多与手术操作和术后处理不当有关,及早发现后采取积极的非手术治疗措施临床是可以治愈的。

Causes and diagnosis of gastroparesis inpatients with esophageal cancer or gastric cardia carcinoma postoperative

Objective To investigate the causes and treatments of gastroparesis syndrome（PGS） resulted by esophageal cancer or cardiac cancer postoperative.Methods A retrospective analysis of 28cases of esophageal cancer and cardiac cancer occurred after PGS in patients with clinical data,analysis of causes and prevention methods.Results 28 patients were cured with non operation treatment after the restoration of gastrointestinal peristalsis and oral feeding.Conclusion The esophageal cancer,cardiac cancer postoperative PGS and operation and postoperative treatment related to improper,early detection of non operation treatment after take active measures and at the same time combined with psychological therapy,clinical PGS can be cured.
