负压封闭引流技术在骨筋膜室综合征创面中的应用

目的探讨负压封闭引流技术在骨筋膜室综合征治疗中的临床应用。方法 20例骨筋膜室综合征切开减张术后创面患者应用负压封闭引流技术治疗。结果术后5 d~10 d移除切口部位敷料,切口部位肉芽组织新鲜,无明显感染,11例患者予直接缝合,9例伤口行植皮术。随访时间3个月~12个月,创面愈合良好,无功能障碍,外形满意。结论封闭负压引流技术可减少感染概率,显著改善骨筋膜室综合征切开减张术后患者的预后,有效预防并发症的发生,加速伤口愈合。

Treatment of osteofascial compartment syndrome with vacuum sealing drainage

Objective To explore the use of the vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in osteofascial compartment syndrome.Methods Twenty patients with osteofascial compartment syndrome were used vacuum sealing drainage after decompressive dermotomy-fasciotomy.Results 5 to l0 days laterafter surgery,Removal of VSD,no obvious infection within the incision was found and granulation tissues were fresh.11 wounds were directly sutured and 9 patients underwent skin grafting.Follow-up ranging from 3 to 18 months was conducted.All incisions healed well without dysfunction and appearance was satisfactory.Conclusion The Vacuum Sealing Drainage can decrease the infaction rates,improve the prognosis and prevent complications.
