| 摘 要： | 目的了解剖宫产手术指征掌握情况。方法分析126例剖宫产患者的临床资料，分类整理剖宫产手术因素。结果剖宫产因素有：脐带异常28例，头盆不称21例，横位11例，妊娠高血压9例，产程异常7例，剖宫产史4例，胎盘异常5例，胎儿异常4例，其他并发症22例，其他15例（其中4例为高龄初产妇），占住院分娩的41．0％。结论严格掌握剖宫产手术指征，可以有效控制和降低剖宫产率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the surgical indications of cesarean section.Methods The clinical data of 126 patients with cesarean section were analyzed.And the surgery data was classified.Results The indications of Cesarean section included : abnormal umbilical cord in 28 patients,21 cephalopelvic disproportion,11 transverse presentation,9 hypertension of pregnancy,7abnormal premature,and 4 cesarean section history,abnormal placenta in 5 cases,4 cases fetal abnormalities,22 cases other complications,others 15 cases.They accounted for 41.0% of the inpatient delivery.Conclusion Strictly grasping surgical indications of cesarean section can control and reduce cesarean section rate. |
