清洁间歇导尿技术在脊髓损伤排尿障碍患者中的应用

目的探讨清洁间歇导尿技术应用于脊髓损伤排尿障碍患者的可行性。方法将20例患者随机分成对照组与试验组,每组10例,对照组行留置尿管常规护理;试验组行自我间歇导尿技术,指导患者及家属掌握该技术的具体操作方法,观察2组膀胱功能恢复情况。结果试验组8例患者经过清洁间歇导尿技术治疗及配合膀胱功能锻炼能自行排尿,残余尿量均<150 m L,2例患者仍需留置尿管;对照组自行排尿的有5例,仍需留管导尿者5例,自行排尿患者中5例残余尿量均>100 m L。结论清洁间歇导尿技术应用于脊髓损伤排尿障碍患者具有可行性,可促进患者早日恢复膀胱功能,提高其生活质量。

Application of clean interval catheterization technique for spinal injury patients complicated with urination disorder

Objective To study the feasibility of clean intermittent catheterization technique on patients with spinal cord injury with urination disorder.Methods 20 patients Were divided into control group and experimental group.Indwelling catheter group were given routine nursing care,experimental group were given clean intermittent catheterization technique,Guiding patients and families to master the techniques of specific methods of operation.The recovery of bladder function was observed.Results After 7 d~20 days treatment,8 patients in experimental group could urinate by himself and the residual urine Volume was less than 150 mL.2 patients still need to catheterization.5 cases in control group could urinate by himself and catheterization need in 5 cases still.Voluntarly urination in 5 patients residual urine volume was more than 100 mL.Conclusion Intermittent catheterization technique is feasible for patients with spinal cord injury with urination disorder.And it can promote the patient′s bladder rehabilitation and the life quality.
