加速康复外科在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用

目的探讨加速康复外科(FTS)在腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)中应用的可行性。方法选取LC患者92例,随机分为加速康复外科组及传统组,对2组患者手术时间、术后下床时间、术后住院时间、术后胃肠功能恢复时间、住院费用、恶心呕吐发生率等进行比较分析。结果术后下床时间加速康复外科组早于传统组,术后咽痛、恶心呕吐发生率加速康复外科组少于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),其余指标2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加速康复外科应用于LC安全可行,可以显著提高患者的生活质量和医疗满意度,临床应积极推广。

The feasibility of fast track surgery during laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Obiective To study the feasibility of fast track surgery during laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 92 patients receiving laparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into two groups randomly,46 cases of which were treated by fast track surgery method and the other 46 cases were not.The operation time,the leaving bed time and stay-in-hospital time after operation,the functional recovery time of gastrointestinal tract,the hospital expense,the nausea and vomit rate were analyzed retrospectly.Results As to the leaving bed time,the fast track surgery group was earlier than the traditionally treated group,as to the angina rate and the nausea and vomit rate,the fast track surgery group was less than the control group,the difference were significantly(P<0.01,P<0.05).As to other parameters,the difference were not significantly(P>0.05).Conclusion the application of Fast track surgery during laparoscopic cholecystectomy is feasible and safe.
