| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护士在临床工作中出现差错的原因及对策。方法分别从差错事故的表现形式、形成原因、预防差错事故的对策等方面进行分析，提出对策。结果只有对差错事故充分认识，才能规范护理工作，提高工作效率。结论总结并分析差错的原因及提出对策，才能完善护理服务，提高工作效率，避免医患纠纷。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the accident and countermeasures in the clinical work for nurses.Methods The accident form,formation of accident and countermeasures were analyzed and proposed the countermeasures.Results Fully understanding the accident was helpful to regulate nursing work and improve the work efficiency.Conclusion Summing and analyzing the cause of the error and put forward countermeasures can improve nursing service,improve work efficiency,and avoid medical disputes. |
