2006年-2010年综合性医院医院感染率调查分析

目的 了解我院医院医院感染管理现状,为做好医院感染控制管理工作,提高医院感染管理服务水平和工作效率提出意见和建议.方法 采用前瞻性和回顾性调查方法对医院感染病例进行综合性监测分析.结果 医院感染率、感染例次率呈逐年升高趋势.结论 综合医院医院感染管理水平有所提高,但是重点科室、重点患者的感染监控以及医护人员医院感染知识、药物使用、操作技巧、消毒隔离、无菌观念等素养有待于进一步提高.

Survey and analysis of hospital infection rates of comprehensive hospital from 2006 to 2010

Objective To understand the hospital infection management status of general hospital of Yangquan Coal group.And complete the hospital infection control management work and improve hospital infection management service level and efficiency,the comments and suggestions are offered.Methods It adopted prospective and retrospective survey methods on hospital infections comprehensive monitoring analysis.Results The hospital infection rates and infection cases time rate increase yearly.Conclution The hospital infection management level has been improved,but the infection control of Key departments and key patients,operative skills,disinfect,germ-free and the infection quality of nurses need to further improved.
