加兰他敏联合尼莫地平预防老年患者术后认知功能障碍的效果

目的观察加兰他敏联合尼莫地平预防老年患者术后认知功能障碍(POCD)的效果。方法 200例老年患者随机分为试验组和对照组各100例,试验组给予加兰他敏及尼莫地平,对照组不给予预防药物。用简易智能状态检查法(MMSE)评价其认知功能,观察术后认知功能障碍发生情况及药物不良反应。结果 MMSE分值试验组手术前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组术后与术前及组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第4～7天认知功能障碍发生率试验组为10%,11%,12%,12%,对照组则为22%,23%,25%,27%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组出现轻度恶心3例,轻度腹泻2例,未见其他严重不良反应。结论加兰他敏联合尼莫地平预防老年患者术后认知功能障碍效果显著,且无严重不良反应,可有效减少POCD的发生。

Efficacy of Galantamine combined with Nimodipine on prevention of cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients postoperative

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Galantamine combined with Nimodipine on prevention of postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD) in elderly patients.Methods 200 elderly patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: Experimental group and the control group(n=100 each).Experimental group received oral Galantamine and Nimodipine during operating.The control group received nothing.The cognitive function of two groups before operation and after operation were recorded respectively by mini-mental state examination(MMSE).Adverse drug reaction also be observed and recorded.Results MMSE score of experimental group had no statistically significant difference between before and after operation(P>0.05),While the MMSE score of control group before and after operation and comparison between group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In 4 to 7 days after operation,Incidence of POCD of experimental group was 10%,11%,12% and 12%,while the control group was 22%,23%,25% and 27%.Comparative differences between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 cases of mild nausea and 2 cases of mild diarrhea were observed in experimental group,no other serious adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion The efficacy of Galantamine combined with Nimodipine on prevention of postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients is distinctly and with little untoward effect.
