布地奈德联合博利康尼雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿喘息样支气管炎疗效观察

目的 观察布地奈德混悬液加用博利康尼溶液雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿喘息样支气管炎的疗效.方法 将152 例喘息样支气管炎患儿随机分为观察组52 例、布地奈德组50 例、博利康尼组50 例,3 组均采用常规治疗,观察组采用布地奈德＋ 博利康尼;布地奈德组单用布地奈德;博利康尼组单用博利康尼溶液（各组均采用空气压缩泵雾化吸入,每日2 次,每次10 min~15 min,疗程3 d）.对比各组经24,48,72 h 的治疗后不同临床表现及住院天数.结果 观察组的疗效明显优于布地奈德组及博利康尼组（P〈0.01）,且住院天数明显减少（P〈0.05）.结论 布地奈德混悬液加用博利康尼溶液雾化吸入佐治喘息样支气管炎起效快,疗程短,疗效好,值得临床进一步推广.

Curative effect observation of inhalation Budesonide plus Terbutaline on infants asthmatic bronchitis

Objective To study the curative effect of Budesonide plus Terbutaline inhalation in Asthmatic Bronchitis.Methods 152 cases were divivded into three groups randomly: Observed group 52 cases,Budesonide group 50 cases and Terbutaline group 50 cases.Conventional treatments were given in three groups.Observed group received Budesonide plus Terbutaline,Budesonide group received Budesonide.Terbutaline received Terbutaline(inhalation,two times a day,10 min~15 min,for three days).To contrast the number of different clinical manifestation under same clinical manifestation group,after 24,48,72 h.Results The healing effect of the observed group was superior to others,and the mean hospitalization days of the observed group decreased.Conclution There are better healing effects on Budesonide plus Terbutaline inhalation in Asthmatic Bronchitis and it deserves further extensive application in clinical practice. 【
