正交试验法优选唇炎颗粒提取工艺

摘    要:目的:研究唇炎颗粒水煎煮工艺。优选最佳水提工艺条件。方法:采用正交试验法,以干膏率和梓醇含量为检测指标,用正交试验考察3种因素(加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数)对其含量的影响。结果:唇炎颗粒的最佳水提工艺条件为:加12倍量水,每次煎煮1h,煎煮3次。结论:该方法为唇炎颗粒制剂的研究奠定了初步基础。

Abstract:Objective:To study the optimum water extracting technology of Chunyan granule.Method:The dry pasterat and the content of the catalpol were used as index,orthogonal test was used for studying the influence of the gcontent by three factors amount of water,extracting time and of extraction.Result:The optimal water extracted technology were 12 times of water,extracting 1 hour and three times.Conclusion:This experiment has laid the preliminary foundation for the research of the Chunyan granule.
