| Abstract: | It had analyzed the current situation of training in medical laboratory personnel in Shanghai,and proposed that the training should pay attention to systematization,and establish training setting for medical laboratory personnel.It also needs to formulate entrance regulation for medical laboratory personnel for the purpose of improving effectiveness of their training. |
