| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨瞬时波强（WI）技术评估糖尿病患者下肢动脉弹性的临床意义。方法 应用ProSound Alpha10彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检测45例2型糖尿病患者和43例正常人股动脉瞬时波强负向波面积及血管弹性相关指标。结果 糖尿病组的股动脉负向波面积（NA）、管径面积（NAD）值高于对照组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），R—W，低于对照组（P〈0．05），Ep、β,PWVβ值高于对照组（P〈0．05，P〈O．01），AC值低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论 瞬时波强技术可以用来评估糖尿病患者下肢动脉的弹性。
