血栓通与纳洛酮治疗急性脑梗死的疗效比较

目的：探讨血栓通与纳洛酮治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法：将2008年1月至2010年1月间在我院治疗的急性脑梗死患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,在综合治疗的基础上对照组给予纳洛酮治疗,观察组给予血栓通治疗,评估两者治疗效果。结果：治疗后两组患者神经功能缺损程度评分及生活能力状态评分均优于治疗前,两者分别比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者神经功能缺损程度评分及生活能力状态评分与对照组分别比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组总有效率为83.33%,对照组为86.67%,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组患者均未见明显的药物不良反应。结论：血栓通以及纳洛酮治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果明确,均可选用。

Observation on the Effect of Xueshuantong and Naloxone in Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective： To investigate the effect of Xueshuantong and naloxone in treating acute cerebral infarction.Method： 60 cases with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from January in 2008 to January in 2010 were divided into the observing group and control group.The control group received the treatment of Xueshuantong and the observing group received the treatment of naloxone on the foundation of combined modality therapy.Result： The neurologic impairment and viability scores in the two groups after treatment were superior to those before treatment,and there was significant difference between them（P0.05）.The neurologic impairment and viability scores in the observing group after treatment were the same to those in control group,and there was no significant difference between them（P0.05）.The total effective rate was 83.33% in the observing group and 86.67% in the control group,and there was no significant difference between them（P0.05）.There was no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion： The effect of Xueshuantong and naloxone in treating acute cerebral infarction is obvious and equal,so they are worth being choosen.
