妇科囊性肿块三维超声重建中的探讨

目的：探讨三维亏声重建对妇科囊性肿块临床应用价值。方法：对７８例附件囊性肿块三维超声成像并与二维超声进行对比，均经手术及病理证实。结果：三维超声重建图像清晰，形态直观，立体感强，可以确定病变的形态特征，各结构空间位置关系及内部的间隔，乳头状突起，炎症包块的观察，三维超声成像更显其优越性。结论：三维超声可以提供较二维更为直观、更为丰富的诊断信息，大大提高了术前诊断的准确性。

Study of Three-dimensional Reconstruction of Gynecological Cystic Masses

Objective:Application of three dimensional reconstruction in diagnosis of gynecological cystic masses.Methods:Seventy eight women with ovarian or tubal cystic masses were evaluated with three dimensional ultrasound. The results were compared with 2 D. All were proved by operation and pathology. Results:Three dimensional ultrasound gives a clear stereoscopic view of the abnormality, distinguished morphologic characteristics, characteristic septa and papillary masses. It also gives better more observation of inflammed masses.Conclusion:Three dimensional ultrasound gives diagnostic informations than 2 D in gynecological cystic masses diagnosis .
