| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经皮肾穿刺微造瘘碎石取石术（MPCNL）治疗复杂肾结石的安全性与有效性。方法回顾性分析2004午4月～2007年3月深圳市第六医院102例采用MPCNL治疗的复杂肾结石患者资料。结果102例经皮肾穿刺微造瘘取石术均顺利完成，其中单通道取石85例，多通道取石17例；1次取石78例，2次以上取石24例，结石清除率为86％；平均手术时间85min，术中估计出血虽平均45ml，术后平均住院时间5d，术中发生心跳、呼吸骤停1例。结论微创经皮肾穿刺造瘘取石术具有创伤小、安全高效和恢复快的优势，是治疗肾脏复杂结石的良好方法之一，可以使绝大多数患者避免开放手术。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the safety and efficiency of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL) in treating complex renal calculi.Methods The writers retrospectively investigated 102 cases who underwent MPCNL for complex renal calculi from April 2004 to March 2007.Results All the cases were successfully performed one-stage MPCNL,with single tract in 85 cases,and multiple tracts in 17 cases.One section procedure in 78 cases mel,two sections or more in 24 respectively.The stone-free rate was 86%.The... |
