| 摘 要： | 对８４例急性心肌梗死患者进行心率变异性分析。应用２４ｈ磁带记录器。进行２４ｈＨｏｌｔｅｒ心电图记录，对记录磁带采用电子计算机分析，对急性心肌梗死的病变范围和程度及预后进行估计。

| Abstract: | To assess the extent of coronary artery atheromatosis and the severity of coronary artery stenosis,heart rate variability (HRV) was observed in 84 patients (59 males and 25 females) with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and 50 healthy subjects, using a three-channel 24-hour electrocardiographic recorder (SMART-10 type, Grand Pacific Ltd, U. S.A. ) .The tape recordings were analyzed with a computer.The results revealed that standard deviation of mean R-R intervals (SDNN) , high frequency (HF) and total power (TP) were significantly reduced in the AMI groups, compared with healthy subjects. (P<0.01) .HRV, as a noninvasive ap- proach to providing a quantitative evaluation of the sympathovagal interaction modulating cardiovascular function , can accurately predict the prognosis of AMI. |
